To receive a copy of the Annual/Interim Report please complete the email request form provided or download from our results centre.

3. When does Sportech PLC announce its financial results?

5. How can I find out how many Sportech PLC shares I hold?

Sportech’s registrars, Capita Registrars, manage the Sportech shareholder register. Please contact Capita Registrars, and they will advise you accordingly.

6. If I change my home address who do I need to contact to still receive shareholder information?

Sportech’s registrars, Capita Registrars, manage the Sportech shareholder register. Please confirm your name, previous and new addresses to Capita Registrars, in writing or via email, and they will update the register accordingly.

7. If I change my email address who do I need to contact to still receive shareholder email updates?

Please re-register using your new email address.

8. My share certificate is still in Rodime plc’s name and not Sportech plc.

Rodime plc share certificates remain valid and reflect your holding in Sportech PLC following the name change from Rodime to Sportech, which took place on 15 December 2000. Should you have any concerns regarding your share certificate please contact Sportech’s registrars, Capita Registrars.

9. In the event that I might wish to sell my Sportech shares, is my Rodime share certificate valid?

Rodime plc share certificates remain valid and reflect your holding in Sportech PLC following the name change from Rodime to Sportech, which took place on 15 December 2000.Should you have any concerns regarding your share certificate please contact Sportech’s registrars, Capita Registrars.

10. I have lost my share certificate. What should I do?

Sportech’s registrars, Capita Registrars, manage the Sportech shareholder register. Please contact Capita Registrars, they will carry out the appropriate checks and issue a replacement share certificate.

11. How do I sell my Sportech PLC shares?

You may use a share dealing service such as those offered by High Street Banks or Stockbrokers.

12. Where is Sportech listed?

Sportech (SPO) is fully listed on the London Stock Exchange in the Travel and Leisure sector.

13. Will dividends be paid to shareholders?

The Board has no immediate plans to pay a dividend preferring to invest its cash flow in driving forward its key strategic initiatives and reducing its debts.

14. Where is the price of our shares quoted on the stock exchange?

The FTSE ticker for Sportech is SPO. Prices are listed daily within the leisure category of the shares section of the Financial Times, Evening Standard and Telegraph newspapers.

15. I have recently changed my name. What should I do?

Please write to Capita Registrars giving: your old name; your new name; and a copy of any legal documentation, such as a marriage certificate or deedpoll. If your name had changed as a result of a separation or divorce, and you wish to revert to your maiden name, a copy of your birth certificate is required. Further information can be obtained from Capita Registrars.
